Hari2lucky Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Members

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and hari2lucky ("Platform", "We"). The hari2lucky platform, accessible at https://hari2lucky.ws, provides online casino services, Sports Betting, live table games, and a variety of other digital entertainment.

This agreement covers all aspects of your use of the hari2lucky platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, participation in games, and interactions with our support team. By accessing or using any part of the hari2lucky platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms.

Hari2lucky reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform members of significant changes via platform notifications or email. 2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the hari2lucky platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. hari2lucky strictly prohibits participation by underage individuals.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a location where participation in such activities is not prohibited under local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not listed on any active self-exclusion programme on the hari2lucky platform or any related platform.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.
• You have no prior conviction for fraud, money laundering, or any other related criminal offence.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each eligible individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the hari2lucky platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your details should any changes occur.
• The name on your hari2lucky account must match the name on your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• You are solely responsible for keeping your hari2lucky username and password confidential.
• Notify hari2lucky immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account at support@hari2lucky.ws.
• Hari2lucky is not liable for any losses resulting from password disclosure caused by a member's own negligence.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal or if any suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of current address, and a bank statement.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Hari2lucky supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

• All withdrawals will be credited only to a Malaysian payment account registered in the member's name. hari2lucky will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Your first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC) to ensure transaction security.
• Hari2lucky reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once processed into your hari2lucky account.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Hari2lucky offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x total bonus amount. Other promotions may have different terms.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• Each member is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts or identities constitutes fraud.
• Hari2lucky reserves the right to withdraw or amend bonus terms at any time if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may only be used for play on the hari2lucky platform and cannot be transferred to other members.

6 General Game Rules

• All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.
• Technical failures such as internet disconnections, device issues, or disruptions on the member's end do not void any game round already in progress.
• In the event of a technical failure on hari2lucky's system that produces an invalid result, all bets from the affected round will be voided and returned to members.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Hari2lucky reserves the right to void winnings obtained through illegitimate means or software bug exploitation.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Hari2lucky's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues), badminton, e-sports (Mobile Legends, VALORANT), and over 30 other sports. Specific Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started, unless stated otherwise in the specific rules of the sport concerned.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be refunded to members at odds of 1.00.
• For matches where the venue is changed (from home to neutral or otherwise), hari2lucky reserves the right to void all related pre-match bets.
• Live betting odds change in real time, and hari2lucky is not liable for any odds display delays caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.
• The minimum bet for all sports is RM5. Maximum limits vary by sport and match.
• Hari2lucky reserves the right to decline or limit any member's bets without being required to provide a reason.

8 Member Responsibilities & Conduct

As a hari2lucky member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to abide by all applicable rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the hari2lucky platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN or any masking software to access the platform from a restricted location.
• Identity fraud — registering or playing using another person's information.
• Colluding with other members to cheat in games (e.g., collusion in poker games).
• Money laundering — using the hari2lucky platform for illegal financial activities.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour directed at support staff or other members.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Violating any of the above rules may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account, along with the forfeiture of all balances without compensation. hari2lucky also reserves the right to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Hari2lucky reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or false registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Withdrawal requests that are suspicious or inconsistent with deposit patterns.
• Death of a member (the account will be closed and any remaining balance returned to the legal next of kin in accordance with established procedures).
• Account closure requested by the member.

If your account is closed at hari2lucky's discretion due to a breach of terms, you are not permitted to open a new account without written approval from hari2lucky management. Any attempt to reopen an account without such approval will be treated as a further violation.

10 Limitation of Liability

Hari2lucky provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted platform availability. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Hari2lucky is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses incurred by members through the use of this platform.
• Hari2lucky's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
• Hari2lucky is not liable for any failure to meet obligations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Hari2lucky takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by hari2lucky's separate Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using the hari2lucky platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, and service improvement.
• We will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
